Pepper Sauce

 

Our pepper sauce is mainly made from a variety of hottest peppers ( which are scorpion, jalapeno and scotch bonnet) of the world. This is used to add a spicy tingle to your taste buds and enhances the food, meats, chows and etc.

Browing

Our Browing is made from Sugar which is extracted from the sugar cane. This is used to add a lovely rich brown colour to your meats like stewed chicken also and some local dishes like pelau. In addition, it can be used in the preparation of Black Fruit Cake.

Seasoning

Our Seasoning is made from locally grown herbs and spices with a savory romatic flavours that are indigenous to Tobago and the wider Caribbean. It is used to 'season up' (marinade) all meats and sizzling flavour your meals

Citrus Peel Powder

Our powder is made from the peels of tropical citrus fruits and blend together to give an exotic flavour. It can be used to for the baking of cakes, some  local delicasies like pone,scsfgeabb. In addition it can be used to make refreshing brewed tea.
